Moving to Pemberley: I Dreamed a Dream
http://movingtopemberley.blogspot.com/2012/06/i-dreamed-dream.html
My other home is in Narnia. Tuesday, June 5, 2012. I Dreamed a Dream. Is it almost Christmas yet? And no, I don't mean for presents or anything like that. I mean for the new Les Miserables movie that's coming to theatres at Christmas! A new movie production of Les Miserables, this time based on the musical. How fantastic is that going to be? And as if that's not good enough on its own, it's got an awesome cast in it, including Hugh Jackman playing Jean Valjean (YAY! I am SO looking forward to this movie!

Moving to Pemberley: The Veil
http://movingtopemberley.blogspot.com/2011/11/veil.html
My other home is in Narnia. Wednesday, November 2, 2011. I thought I'd do a random post today to share my favourite piece of art. The first time I saw this sculpture I was awed by it. No matter how much I look at it, I cannot get over how amazing it is! The piece I'm talking about is the well-known "Veiled Vestal" (also known as "A veiled Vestal Virgin"). It was created by Raffaelle Monti (1818-1881), and is dated to 1847. Take a look at the following pictures. you'll understand why I love it! I love to ...

My other home is in Narnia. Sunday, June 5, 2011. This weekend, on the 3rd, was my cousin Becki's wedding. It was a gorgeous day (couldn't have asked for better weather! And a very lovely wedding. I thought I'd quick post some pictures from the day. The barn looked beautiful! I love their "arbor" made out of ladders! Groom and his men. I loved Becki's dress simple yet beautiful. My cousins Jordanna and Adrianna. The barn was decorated beautifully for the reception as well. Loved the windows, and the view.

My other home is in Narnia. Friday, April 29, 2011. Well, I'm 29 the last year of my 20s! Sob* But it sure was a birthday day to remember! We had a major wind storm, and had no power for 12 hours! Today I continued celebrating with 2 of my friends, and went out for dessert (yum! And tomorrow the festivities still continue with a family get-together at my aunt and uncle's! Well, the fun celebrations with friend and family at least. not so much the getting older part. Mom and Maria both made yummy cupcakes!

Moving to Pemberley: May 2011
http://movingtopemberley.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
My other home is in Narnia. Sunday, May 29, 2011. Today Mulligan and I went to mom and dad's house again. Even though the weather network was calling for rain, it ended up being gorgeous out for most of the day, so I got to go enjoy mom's gardens! There were lots of diamond droplets on leaves. One of mom's many lilac bushes. Love the curl of the leaves! There's little surprises all throughout the garden! The leaves looked so soft! Love the texture of this leaf. Don't they look like a watercolour painting?

My other home is in Narnia. Thursday, June 7, 2012. Really good documentary. it's worth the watch (though some of the images are hard to look at). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I don't actually have a "theme" or specific things I will consistently write about, so it may be random. But I hope you will enjoy it anyway. I love to read! The only ones who accom...

Field Notes: November 2012
http://enomaria.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 25, 2012. I wrote this one week ago while I was on a very long flight. At the time I wrote this, Israel was being barraged with rockets. Have you been taking note of the events in Israel lately? Things seem so dark and threatening, but even with storms on the horizon I know who walks with me. I wrote this poem when during my freshman year in college after I had a vision. I can still see the vision, and the best way for me to describe it is by sharing this poem with you. Links to this post.
