And the world is not far off. At least it’s not raining in SB :). The Oly lifting is a much more technical sport than I imagined once. Now when I tried it out, even watching it is interesting, and I can appreciate how difficult it really is and how much you have to rely on technique, not pure strength. 10 barbell push presses,.

When Tyler asked Heather and me yesterday what movement really works us, we both agreed it was kettlebells. And then today we had a kettlebell menu which really worked us. No surprises there. KBS and loaded squats plus mountain climbers kicked my ass. Warm-up: 400m run/row mobility 2x Normal. Goblet squats (53 lbs). Cooldown: 25 abmat situps, 25 leg raises, 20 good mornings, 400m run.
