When Tyler asked Heather and me yesterday what movement really works us, we both agreed it was kettlebells. And then today we had a kettlebell menu which really worked us. No surprises there. KBS and loaded squats plus mountain climbers kicked my ass. Warm-up: 400m run/row mobility 2x Normal. Goblet squats (53 lbs). Cooldown: 25 abmat situps, 25 leg raises, 20 good mornings, 400m run.
