Thursday, October 7, 2010. Extreme Objects in MyEDB. I think I'm ready to take a turn in my coding methodology. Classical OO isn't working, as my classes are simply evolving into procedure containers. I considered DCI, but I couldn't reconcile the fact that objects were still expected to behave a certain way, albeit through runtime method injection. I think that's expecting to much from dumb objects. Objects, like neurons, are supposed to be reactive, not proactive. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Which provides the link between the types and properties. The actual values of an entity reside in type tables which themselves are all indexed on their value column.
