Monday, 27 August 2012. Open plan . breathtaking views . cosy corners. This is a another house by the sea and uses my favourite seaglass colours throughout - come on in and take a look around. A large open plan space hosts the kitchen, dining and living areas along with a small study and an adjoining lounge. Hidden behind the kitchen and under the mezzanine is the bathroom. The bedroom's have not yet been completed in an adjoining structure reached through the door beside the kitchen.

Using the right building materials is important, taking advantage of renewable energies where it is feasible so many of my designs have large windows to support solar gain and natural space heating.
