About our seismic hazard data. Maps of landslide zones, liquefaction zones and Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Fault Zones all come from the California Geological Survey. It's important to note that because of minor differences in the ways maps can be displayed, our maps may be slightly different than their official counterparts. myFault will give you a good sense of nearby seismic hazards, but you should ALWAYS verify that with official state maps. REMEMBER: myFault's mapping features work only in California!
