However, my efforts have appeared to pay off because when I got on the scale today I weighed 2 lbs less than yesterday. Sure, it can be just water weight, that's true. Sunday, June 14, 2009. Day 3 breakfast and lunch. So for lunch I made some baked chicken breasts with some cajun seasoning on it. I made sure there was no sugar in the seasoning. I had some steamed asparagus with salt and some iced green tea with lemon. SO GOOD. I guess I was hungry because plain steamed asparagas never tasted so good. Really. I'm very fair skinned.
