Documenting the miracle of life at 36 weeks. After what seems like an eternity (since Christmas), hot air balloons finally grace the wall of Spud's nursery. The vinyl decals were very easy to stick on - and move around. The nursery theme is travel/adventure and the colors are based on these balloons - aqua, orange and green. Final stretch, baby. Ahhh I'm having a baby this week! On another note, all his stuff is washed and put away, his crib is ready, and we've picked a pediatrician and insurance. We feel pretty darn ready to bring Spud home - physically, emotionally and mentally. I can't wait to see what he looks like, give him a name, lay him on my chest and make a million memories together. In two weeks, I've already lost 28 of it. doing nothing! Breastfeeding is amazing :-). Experience something new every day.

Morning pick me up. Bakery, Dessert Bar, and Caterer. Mmmm Creme Cupcake and Dessert. Is a great way to start off a Friday morning. The Young Professionals Connection hosted a Morning Meet-Up at the shop which is located in the Ingersoll neighborhood. This place does it all. They have donuts (even one with bacon which is delicious! And cupcakes in store. Then after 5:30pm it turns into a dessert bar. how cool! Every dessert is paired with a cocktail to make sure the flavors blend. I. Coming to an End.
