Tuesday, April 21, 2009. The Catwalk, or obstacle walk? The Catwalk, officially Jager. S Walk, running from Fish Hoek`s. Main beach up to Sunnycove. Was damaged during a combination of a storm and a Spring tide in September 2008. Large chunks were taken away and on some places, it is not all that safe. The municipality has had maintenance people look at it, and currently they are looking at starting repairs in June or July, when the beaches are quieter, as it is winter at that time of the year.
