Meet Our Head Coach. Paige McPherson is two-time Olympic athlete representing the United States in tae kwon do. Coach Tom Chea flew down to Miami to help her prepare for the 2015 Pan-American Games in Toronto, where she took Gold. After her experience with training with Coach Chea's FitLight program, she incorporated it into her training regime in preparation for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. Meet Our Head Coach. This program has had proven success in all sports so if you would like to take. To the next level, this is the program for you. The Martial Arts program focuses on coordinations skills and defensive or offensive exercises that simultaneously develop the reactionary skills of the athletes. 1 on 1 plays integrate jumping, speed, reaction, movement and agility. Additionally, working with the lights improves hand/eye co-ordination, reaction and peripheral awareness.
