That is, I'm an imperfect person who struggles with keeping everything organized, keeping the house clean, making nutritious dinners each night, eating right and staying fit, and so on. I first learned about FlyLady a few years ago (you can, too, at http:/ flylady.net. Unlike most flybabies, who seem to have spouses and kids and houses, I'm single, live alone and have an apartment. I work full time. A clean, well-groomed me.

Saturday, December 16, 2006. 1 Cook and eat dinner. 3 Spend an hour doing a project or working towards a goal. 5 Check calendar for next day. Lay out clothes and gather any items needed for the next day. 6 Brush/floss teeth; do facial care. 7 Sleep at a reasonable hour. This is the routine I most have to work toward. And a 5-minute meditation to get moving. 2 Use the bathroom. 3 Defrost/marinate any meat needed for dinner. 4 Make and eat breakfast; take supplements. 5 Wash dishes; shine sink. 7 Saturdays: 15 minutes of zone cleaning. Sundays: 1 hour weekly cleaning. 8 Shower, wash hair (when needed), brush/floss teeth, brush hair. 9 Dress to shoes; open blinds; trash out. 10 Weekdays: Go to work.
