Focus Massage is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our growing practice! This position will begin as part time, leading into full time hours. The hours are flexible, so you can enjoy a healthy work/life balance. The atmosphere at Focus Massage is very relaxed, yet professional. We are located in downtown Stewiacke and parking is free. Sonja Asjford, Massage Therapist. Raised in the Shubenacadie area, Sonja Ashford (formerly Sonja Wolthers) has been a Massage Therapist for 10 years. She received her training at the Canadian College of Natural Medicine and has honed her specialty of Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage through training by Gary Schweitzer. June 1st to August 31st, 2016. Yoga classes are $12.00 for a drop in and $60.00 for 6 class stamp card. Yoga for Every Body ( Beginners Welcome ). Gentle Yoga with Shannon.

We have an upscale, modern, spacious and conveniently located space for rent which would be ideal to host your next class. Our studio can be rented 7 days a week, however it is best that you call Sonja at (902) 639-2012 to confirm that the date and time you are looking for is available. Here are a few things to consider before contacting us about renting our studio:. No rigid fitness equipment on floor. Mats and/or soft bottom equipment only. Only indoor footwear is permitted inside of the studio.
