From my Swiss window. People are people the world over. August 18, 2013. We have a new addition to our family. We thought about several names. I suggested Heidi as a joke but somehow it stuck. The fact that the kitten is still a little afraid and hiding under and behind all the furniture as she explores the appartment may have be part of the reason Heidi (hiding) Cat fit. From my Swiss window. People are people the world over. August 23, 2013. Busy week with school starting up again and the excitement of a new kitten. The first week of school is always stressfull for my kids. Next week will be a little more calm as we fall into our routine. Working nights isn’t always easy but it is nice to be there for them even if sleeping is more like napping during weeks like this past one. ;). This week passed by way too fast. The kids will spend their Easter break with their French grandparents so we can work. The kids are pretty excited. I am happy to see Strasbourg, again. From my Swiss window. People are people the world over. A walk by the lake at Villers-le-Lac, France. December 23, 2011. A few weeks back, we took a walk by the lake in Villers-le-lac. We saw some squirrels and deer. The kids ran until their cheaks were glowing red. It was nice. We have gotten lots and lots of snow this past week. I will put up some pics in the next few days. Malgré tous nos efforts pour éviter cette situation déplaisante nous allons devoir déménager donc c’est l’occasion pour moi de revenir sur les difficultés rencontrées dans la recherche de logement en Suisse italophone. Si on regarde les petites annonces sur les sites internet (le numéro 1 est tutti.ch. Il y a de fortes chances que ma prochaine adresse soit dans le Canton Tessin. Sur le même thème.
