My Square Foot Gardens. Thursday, September 23, 2010. I can't believe it has been over a month since my last post. I've been busy canning tomato sauce - although the plants have slowed way down as far as ripening, as long as the plants are green I'm going to hold off picking them as long as possible. I'll be watching for frost warnings so I can pick them in the event we have a frost. I've harvested green beans, broccoli, carrots and more strawberries - just enough for the two of us to eat.

My Square Foot Gardens. Saturday, June 4, 2011. I'm just about done planting the gardens. It has been a busy time trying to get the gardens planted in between the rain and cold! Three of my four grape vines survived the winter - I need to add some wire for them to grow on. I added two new beds - 3 x 8 feet each - for the tomato plants. Я изготовил очень простой барометр, который показывает осадки на 3 дня вперед и еще ни разу меня не "обманывал". Он очень прост в изготовлении и это доступно каждому. Для изготовления такого барометра понадобится обычная стеклянная бутылка, стеклянная трубка, немного пластилина и клея, а также любой краситель. Поделю...
