For my UK friends this is a member of the thrush family, not to be confused with your Robin. I had an unusual visitor last night, one I have never seen in my garden. We have a stray cat that adopted us over this past year, she had "treed" a little mouse in my rose bush, poor little thing was so. Wednesday, March 2, 2011. A HINT OF SPRING. Thursday, 10 March 2011. I bought two Albertine rambling roses to grow up the arch but decided they would be too vigorous there so planted one at my sitting out area and the other up an old tree trunk. A couple of other old climbing roses I had were planted to grow up the trunks of a couple of trees. Two Compassion climbing roses were then planted at the arch on both sides of it.
