For those of us who are in the Autumn or Winter of our lives.introspection seems to always rear its head. Here is mine. When we travel this beautiful country.we meet many people our age, and much older; reflecting on these memories prompted me to write this. When did this happen.this growing old? She had to leave town unexpectedly this week to drive to Wyoming; before she left she told me to go pick tomatoes as she didn't want the birds to get all of them. So.I did! The lemons are ours from our tree out back. We have been harvesting them for months. LOL LOL. Mint, basil and oregano. I'll keep you posted! May 6, 2015 at 3:53 PM. My Gramma Would Eat It. Monday, September 26, 2011. Aunt Cathy's Pie Crust. Today I wanted to do pie crust. I am not a pie eater BUT every time my mom makes a pie I always want the extra pie crust. I love it! Pie crust is a little finicy. The more you make it the better it will be because then you can judge by texture. I never make a pie crust with all butter (forgive me Paula Deen) because then you have to work with it longer and it becomes tough. I do add a little for flavor. Sunday, September 25, 2011.
