http://crafty-or-dafty.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
10 things about me. Monday, 12 December 2011. Although the laptop issues are back! And even worse than all of that - I've lost all my bookmarks! In the meantime I have done a little knitting. I'm so glad I started late October as I am running out of time now and the days are filled with lots of crafting of a different kind, take a peek at the other blog. If you want to know more! I finally finished this little set for the littlest girlie after a mini rant at the mittens that wouldn't turn out right:.

Knit sew hooked: It's not SSS, honest!
http://crafty-or-dafty.blogspot.com/2013/02/its-not-sss-honest.html
10 things about me. Monday, 18 February 2013. It's not SSS, honest! Second sock syndrome - do you suffer with it? I finished up the first of the Old Joe socks over the weekend. And immediately cast on.something different! Not going to reveal what just yet, maybe you can guess:. The reverse side, very pretty tight stitch. The right side, much loopier when gently stretched. This is more like it's true colour. Love this texture, wouldn't it be great in silver yarn? A perfect chain mail singlet for dressing up.

Knit sew hooked: Hmmmm.....
http://crafty-or-dafty.blogspot.com/2013/02/hmmmm.html
10 things about me. Friday, 22 February 2013. Not a lot of crafting going on around here! Elastibaby is now developing into velcrobaby. You know elastibaby stage right? The one where you have that invisible elastic band that connects you both? The bands fine when you're both together. You can stretch it a little and pass baby to someone else, maybe even pop into another room? Oh and I've updated my bloglist - see it over there on the left? Anyway, got to go, velcrobaby has noticed the separation. Hi Beck...

Thursday, 7 February 2013. Back in my Shed! I've had a bit of a break from my shed, mostly down to it being frozen up or just plain too cold to work in! I have also been making a start on two new Filofax-style organisers -. I love big, old trees and enjoyed carving this out freehand. The leather I used for...

Knit sew hooked: November 2012
http://crafty-or-dafty.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
10 things about me. Friday, 2 November 2012. There was a bag stuffed with pieces of fabric:. There was a paper bag with a piece of white fabric poking out. As I tipped it gently out I discovered it was a heavy linen tablecloth partly embroidered, with a huge collection of embroidery threads hidden beneath it:. One day the love and care put into this piece will be continued, maybe by me, maybe by someone else, but it will be beautiful. The final gift from this kind, sweet lady was these:. A reminder of th...

Making Stuff: Dinosaurs - regular green ones and the lesser spotted pink!
http://shazronnie.blogspot.com/2012/05/dinosaurs-regular-green-ones-and-lesser.html
Wednesday, 2 May 2012. Dinosaurs - regular green ones and the lesser spotted pink! I'm getting better with my pens - this is a digi-stamp called Eric dino. From digi-stamp boutique. I've coloured him in green, with purply (probably no such word as purply) brown spots. And here he is in a more lime green incarnation. This must be Erica - I think she looks cute in pink and purple - who says dinosaurs can't be girly? 3 May 2012 at 04:36. Love the dinosaurs, and pink dinosaurs are the best! Mum Of All Trades.

Making Stuff: Wedding card - sweet sketch wednesday
http://shazronnie.blogspot.com/2012/05/wedding-card-sweet-sketch-wednesday.html
Thursday, 17 May 2012. Wedding card - sweet sketch wednesday. So, I thought I'd have a go at a blog challenge! Involves making a card following a layout. This week the layout is this. Well, this was actually quite hard for me - I usually just make things up as I go along! Consequently I haven't followed the sketch too accurately; mine has a few less layers for a start (sorry! But I'm pretty pleased with the result for a first try! The image is a digi stamp from digi stamp boutique. 17 May 2012 at 13:03.
