Thursday, 28 February 2013. Happy Bento B110 1/3/13 smoke salmon triple deck. After a gd sleep last night, I'm finally feeling better. The BiG Boy (aka my hubbie) was missing my bento for a bit as I didn't do much bento this week;) Rummage through my fridge and saw a pack of smoked salmon, thus smoke salmon triple deck :) It's a good source of Omega-3. Sunday, 8 September 2013. Happy Bento B142 8/9/13 happy hearts. This is a post dedication to thank all my students for their gifts and appreciation for me during teacher's day 2013. Also a dedication to my hubbie to keep on fighting! I was looking around for ideas when i chanced upon my heart shaped sandwich mould (a new toy). Hence, I decided to do a heart shaped peanut butter sammies. I've also thrown in goodies like sour cream chips, pistachio nuts, honeyed cornflakes with cranberries and multivitamins.

Wednesday, 29 May 2013. Happy Bento B131 30/5/13. Today Mr man is feeling slightly better. To help him with his recovery, there's Tingkat lunch for him! In order to keep food warm for a longer period of time, I poured boiling water into the washed vacuum flask and let it stay overnight. I prepared mixed brown rice minced meat with silver fish porridge, steamed shredded cabbage and onions with teriyaki sauce and lastly, grilled sotong balls ( which I make them looked like flowers). Monday, 15 April 2013. Happy Bento B121 16/3/14 from a windmill it became the garden. I wanted to do a windmill for my bento and have even cut and arranged everything! However, when it's time to put in the condiments, alas, my windmill became distorted! I've already used a much bigger lunchbox and still this! Oh well, I'll have to change my idea! I was there to celebrate my hubbie`s birthday in 2011 :) This place, with a very blue and cosy ambience, is a very nice place to be in :) The tim sum is WOW! I will keep this place as a place for special occasions. :) One of my favourites :). Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the dim sum, they range from $3.6 to $4.8 for a basket. Reservations are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to avoid disappointment. My fav Liu Sha Bao :).

It is located at West Coast Plaza #B1-49, 154 West Coast Road, S127371. The restaurant manager, Maurice, a very experienced F&B manager can be contacted at 90877077. West Coast plaza does provide free shuttle services to and from.

Carob-tahini spread, or known by its other name, liquid amazingness, is one of the things that I Would Not Have Tried without prompting from a review site or friend. I first tried it in a lebanese brunch place somewhere in Melbourne, where before tasting it, I bellyached about paying $7 for bread with spread on it. Carob Tahini Spread, otherwise known as Liquid Amazingness. 1 tablesp carob molasses.
