Saturday, April 10, 2010. Wow, its been a while! It sure is easy to get sidetracked - in work, play and life in general. Instead of blogging, I've been just taking it all in. Lots of information about food, nutrition and our general health. Last fall I took part in a challenge to live with diabetes for 2 weeks and I have to tell you it was tough! I had already started to make some changes due to my husband's illness so I decided to jump in and see what else I could do. Make sure you drink lots water.
