I walked for a warm-up then did some skipping, leaning, mutt kicks, etc. I also did some cadence work, which is always helpful. When I was training for the triathlons cadence was key… your cycling cadence and running cadence should flow. I also learned that a quicker cadence meant a bit more speed for me. Larr; Actions Taken! When I was most successful in the past I was on a pretty strict schedule about what I did and when. To achieve my goals over the next three months I will have to be focused. 8211; 5 minutes breath awareness. 8211; 10 minutes of light movement – yoga, mobility, etc. 8211; 5 min visualization.
