Emotions: May 2009
http://artofemotions.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 24, 2009. The diary of a mad man. The diary of a mad man. I hear my voice of reason, telling me how to act. He says he is only trying to make an impact. He tries to tell me it’s for the best. But it is not his, it’s my quest. I want him to listen to me. But he keeps on trying to disagree. It will soon be the end of his cold bitter life. It will be his last strife. Oh this creature makes my life a bother. Why won’t he leave to annoy another. Hey wants me to let him in. But he shall never win.

Emotions: Unmasked
http://artofemotions.blogspot.com/2009/05/unmasked.html
Monday, May 4, 2009. Unmasked it seems to be. It flew across my face my hopes, my dreams. Men behind me they stare surprised. They can't believe whats before their eyes. The lady, she seems, stares in awe. Acting as if she broke the law. Amazed, it seems, that it was her. But before all of this it was all a blur. I cover myself in the background, achieving what she never did. She tried to acquire the win but we, we forbid. She wanted to fulfill her destiny. But it was us she didn't see.

Do you favor his early or late work? 2 Does photo realism have artistic merit, or are photo realists merely "one-trick ponies"? What would Leo Tolstoy say about Close's work? Calley's VI Concept Blog: Short Story #2
http://cfiskvi.blogspot.com/2009/03/short-story-image-2.html
Calley's VI Concept Blog. Monday, March 23, 2009. Sandy Skoglund "Radioactive Cats" (1980), photograph. A loud crash shakes the floor. The chair, worn from years of abuse, bangs on the ground, its seat shattering off its iron bar supports. Felines scatter in every direction jumping on counters, shelves, and rusted radiators. I stay resting on the table as one by one the cats return to curiously inspect the broken chair lying lifeless on the ground. 8220;Who knocked over the chair? 8220;Mmhmm.”. 8220;Mmhm...
