Sunday, May 15, 2011. The birth of a baby is a miracle. To be the mother of the mother is another miracle. I feel so honored and grateful to be able to hold this new little one. Along with birth on this side comes birth on the other side. My dear friend that I have come to know, to visit and be there when she received her endowment and be sealed to her deceased husband and son, has been granted the privilege of being with them again. Sunday, September 25, 2011. Just to Say Hi. Both Grandma and I have lots to tell about our vacations, but haven't had the self-discipline to actually sit down and do it. We both had a wonderful time at our different vacation spots. Grandma's got kind of exciting the last couple of days and mine was just plain exciting to whole time. Will have to write later(? Friday, February 20, 2009. Aliya had to walk up the slide. We had a ton of fun. Aliya walked up to this carseat and took the stuffed bunny that was in it, and then ran. Wednesday, February 26, 2014. Grandma's Day at Studio 103. I finally figured out that your Grandma D was feeling quite hesitant to go to a new place to get her hair cut - so - I finally told her I was calling to make the appointment. She was okay with it then. First we discussed the particulars of the cut and then she was treated to a hair wash. She loved that part, except that there wasn't a foot rest so her hip area was hurting pretty bad while having it washed. She is so grateful for this gift. Wh...
