Waist-Not HCG Diet Diary. The day-by-day story of my HCG diet expereience. Saturday, April 25, 2009. 38 Days to Go. Weight: 166.4 ( 1.8). It is 6:30 a.m, and I still feel bloated from yesterday's binge. Weight has a tendency to show up on my hips two to three days after I indulge. So the true "loading" weight may not be on board as of yet. However, let it be known that I have now reached and new all time high! Diet last year and it worked just great. It must have because she looks terrific! BTW, the HCG.

It was a physical hunger not craving, well. There was that too. I successfully ignored the feeling and the craving , but it did takes some effort along with two sleepless hours. Waist-Not HCG Diet Diary. The day-by-day story of my HCG diet expereience. Sunday, April 26, 2009. 36 Days to Go. Weight: 163.2 (Today -3.2; Total Net -1.8; Gross-3.2). Exercise: Walk 1 mile (20 min). I awoke at 4:30 am and got on the scale. I was amazed; I lost 3.2 pounds! I had to re-check this several times during the morning as I just could not believe it. This experience has really made me think about the value of positive feedback in every aspect of life! Much to ponder tonight.

Exercise: 1 mile (20 min). Slowing down a bit. Technically I've only been on VCLD for 3 days so 4.4 pound reduction is not bad.
