It's All Part and Parcel of My Life. I know. Life Goes On. I think I really really am stressed out. And the worst thing is, I’m left with not outlet to release the stress. I am so stressed that I do know how to encourage and motivate myself. I haven’t felt this lost in a long while, I am almost forgetting how to deal with mood swings. What am I to do? Am not talking. Am not smiling. Am not entertained. Am not feeling fine. Sometimes, I really wanna just trade off my emotions. I am so freaking stressed out.

I used 3 of Kaisercrafts February ranges which you can get from Scrapbooks from the Heart now. The black cardstock pulls out and has journalling on it.
