Niagara-on-the-Lake, the sleepiest town in the whole Niagara Region, was an amazing venue. The sun was shining, there were hoards of fans, plenty of cold beer, and great music – what’s not to love? And when it comes to summer concerts, I don’t think anyone could kick off the season better than Mumford and Sons! Posted in Happy Living.

I don’ eat protein bars or make shakes. I don’t count calories or weigh my food. I don’t know my BMI or even my weight.
