http://memoirofamissus.blogspot.com/2012/05/happy-mothers-day-weekend.html
Memoir of a Missus. Friday, May 11, 2012. Happy mother's day weekend. It's Mother's Day weekend! What are your plans? I'm really excited to spend Saturday afternoon with my girlfriends. We're going to have a picnic by the lake. There's a host of other things I would love to do with the family this weekend and here are some of them. Maybe you can try them too. Get dolled up and eat ice cream while taking a stroll. Have an evening bike ride the Mister. Happy weekend, Bunnies! Posted by The Missus.

Memoir of a Missus: food photography
http://memoirofamissus.blogspot.com/2012/05/food-photography.html
Memoir of a Missus. Monday, May 28, 2012. It's been a bbq fest in our neck of the woods what with the 3-day memorial day weekend. It's no surprise that Instagram and Facebook has been teeming with photos of, you guessed it, FOOD! Everyone seems to be documenting and taking photos of what they're eating. I don't know when this whole photography revolution started, do you? Ever wonder how we look like doing it? No wonder there's a site dedicated to documenting people taking photos of food. My week in photos.

Memoir of a Missus: December 2011
http://memoirofamissus.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Memoir of a Missus. Friday, December 30, 2011. You would think that one of the easiest things to cook is a hard boiled egg. For me, it was always hit or miss when it came to boiling eggs until I came across this helpful technique from the Barefoot Contessa. Place the eggs in a sauce pan and add enough cold water to cover. Bring the water to a boil and immediately turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit in the pan for 15 minutes. Do you have other tips for boiling eggs? Posted by The Missus. Links to this post.

Memoir of a Missus: my week in photos
http://memoirofamissus.blogspot.com/2012/05/my-week-in-photos.html
Memoir of a Missus. Wednesday, May 23, 2012. My week in photos. I still can't figure out why the days go by so fast and why I can't seem to find the time to sit down and write something. I can't even remember everything that has happened in the last couple of days. Thank goodness for the camera, I am able to document my life in photos. Here are some pics I posted on Instagram, in case you are interested. I aspire to be strong, resilient, optimistic, and wise. That's what happens when I'm not looking.

Surf at the S's Beach House: DIY Orchid Arrangement
http://thesbeachhouse.blogspot.com/2011/04/diy-orchid-arrangement.html
Surf at the S's Beach House. A couple, A beach and their beach house! Tuesday, April 5, 2011. I love orchids. Who doesn't? Ya they are fake! I am not the biggest fan of silk flowers, however, these look really REAL. Although the orchids are fake and will last forever, I still wanted some real-ness. For the little bit of realness I added some REAL succulents. Adding the live succulents fools people and my self into thinking (or imaging) that the orchids are live! The S's beach house. I am very grateful for all the love and countless blessings we have been showered with in 2011. Here's to more reasons to be thankful and celebrate in 2012! Thanks to my beautiful friends,. For the memorable night and the photos! Posted by The Missus.

Surf at the S's Beach House. A couple, A beach and their beach house! Friday, June 25, 2010. Source unknown because I am horrible with names). Unlike that fabulous sparkle that sits on the coffee table, the only Grammy sitting in my living room would be my G-Ma or my Mom who is now a G-Ma! Putting the Grammy envy to the side, this photo really does inspire me to use some cow hide in my house. Maybe I can incorporate it through pillows, a bench or a rug! The S's beach house. Surf at the S's Beach House. A couple, A beach and their beach house! Friday, September 24, 2010. My living room is still in progress, things are always changing. However, for my mantle I think I found a keeper! Lets just hope it gets done soon! Back to the mantle. The fishes fit perfectly in our beach house. They belonged to my parents and I always had my eye on them. They did not really fit into my parents rustic style so they were gifted to me : ). The S's beach house. Thursday, September 23, 2010.

Surf at the S's Beach House: August 2010

Surf at the S's Beach House. A couple, A beach and their beach house! Friday, August 13, 2010. Along my stairs I have a family wall. Every time we go up and down the satires we are able to smile and remember some great memories (and some pretty faces ; ). I wanted to mix the photo wall up a bit and add some art, or words of inspiration. To make my art I went to Aaron Brothers Framing with my 40% off coupon in hand. I bought a basic black frame which set me back only $14! Great price for such a big frame!

Surf at the S's Beach House. A couple, A beach and their beach house! Thursday, December 30, 2010. Some small details around La Casa De S. Just thought I would share a few of the details around my house. As my blog is new and upcoming, I have slowly but surely gotten my feet wet with the blog world. The pictures below are just a glimpse of what you can expect to see soon. Lets just hope I keep my New Years resolution of blogging often (not just peeping into others blogs and not contributing).
