This is just a peek into my life. Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Double Fried Honey Glazed Chicken. Hubby and I were watching a Cook's Country episode where they demonstrated a recipe for honey glazed chicken. I remember quite a bit of it by memory and also found a blog which talked about making this. This is the chicken after the first round of frying for about 7 minutes. I added more hot sauce to my recipe. Here is the finished product! The initial brine really keeps the chicken juicy. Links to this post.
