Tuesday, 31 March 2015. Cotehele looks like a mishmash of add-ons and afterthoughts - brilliant. The building on the right looks like it was added well after the chapel. Weird mix maybe its 'a style' but a lot of work gone into some carving but some randomly unfinished looking granite in there as well. African trophies, I love to see them but would rather they were returned to their natural home really. Some very elegant arms. One heck of a sword nearly as big as the chap above it. Tuesday, 31 March 2015. First step was to bake some Olive bread, this one has sorghum and spelt flour in it. There is a lot of going up and down in the gorge and it starts doing all that right from the start. Lots of little streams winding their way down quite steep slopes. More going down, zigzags rather than hairpins but not too steep on the path. The Mare's Tail looking lovely, reindeer looking good too. It also look s cool from a little further away. Moss and lots of plants that like being dripped on.

Sunday, 7 June 2015. I became increasingly ill and saw the same doctor again a week or two later who then arranged for further investigations and biopsies to be done although that won't happen until late August. I have read articles that suggest going gluten free has become a bit of an in fashion fad, I wonder if some doctors are beginning to take it less seriously than it merits. That is understandable if they are seeing a rise in people claiming to be intolerant of it with little evidence.
