Had a blast down there, but that will have to wait until Tuesday night when I post again. In the meantime, here's the low down:. Had a good trip. Trying to get healthy. Been reading a ton. Saturday, August 06, 2005. It's a funny game. To make a long story short, I had a rough night, but in the end, it does have a silver lining. I got drawn out on 6 times, each and every time on the river, each and every time betting it. Ie making them pay thru the nose to make their hands, so when they caught, all 6 times, I lost a good bit of chips). The two most important things for me to do, now, are : 1) STAY ON IT! That is my mantra. Opponent plays poorly and wins a big hand? I hit a cold run of cards?
