Here is the cmdlet that saves the day. Get-csADuser -OU "OU=Users,OU=myou,dc=mydomain,dc=com" Enable-CsUser -RegistrarPool pool01.mydomain.com -SipAddressType emailaddress. Hope this helps somone.
