Pineapple Blueberry Bun(Polo Bun 菠萝包) Recipe (4 - 5 buns). 1/8 tsp Pineapple Essence. Beat the butter and icing sugar until pale and fluffy. Gradually add in pineapple essence and eggs until well-mixed. Gradually add in plain flour and rest the dough for 5-10mins. (if too sticky, add in some flour). Brush with egg yolk. * * (don't use egg wash for pastry)* *.

Cut the dough into 5 equal portions but don't cut through. Place on paper baking cup, proof for 45 mins - 1 hour or until it double in size. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with cheese. High Protein Flour - 550 g. Medium Protein Flour - 50 g. Bread Improver - 1 tsp. Bread Softener - 1 tsp. Castor Sugar - 90 g. Cold Egg - 60 g. Milk Powder - 20 g. Instant Dry Yeast - 12.5 g. Cold Water - 300 g *. Butter - 30 g. Shortening - 30 g. Sift high protein flour, bread improver, bread softener, and milk powder together.

Place red bean paste in center of dough. Pleat the dough and seal it tight. Flatten the dough and rest for 1-2 mins. Roll the dough, cut into 2 equal portions. Cut in the middle of each portion but don't cut through. Join the 2 portions together. Place on a greased tray, proof for 45 mins - 1 hour or until the dough doubles in size.

I prepared an Italian dinner for him. To start off, I served the pasta below. For the main course, I served baked tiger prawn with cheese. Finally, green tea pudding was served as dessert. My recipe collection, cooking and baking experiences, and tasty food I found. Tuesday, October 27, 2009. This sambal sauce is usually prepared as a food dip. Dried prawns - 100g. Chili paste - 4 tbsp. Shallots -10 pcs (chopped). Garlic - 5 cloves (chopped). Belacan - 2 tbsp (toasted). Curry Leaves - 1 stalk. Lemon grass - 1 stalk. 1 Wash and soak dried prawns. Drain and chop. 2 Heat oil over a low fire and fry the garlic and shallots. 5 Add in chili paste, belancan and tamarind juice. Links to this post.
