A place to share my crafty ideas. Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Lots of projects lately! I am making favors for my mother-in-laws wedding in August. These are super fun to make. I have been tweaking and tweaking and am finally able to say I really like how they are turning out! I have also made favors for the shower this Saturday. These i absolutely love! A place to share my crafty ideas. Saturday, April 10, 2010. My very first diaper cake. I am so excited! I have made my very first - of what will hopefully be many - diaper cake! I never even heard of one until I dove into the crafting world head first. I was browsing through some pictures on a cricut FB page, and I came across this awesome idea! I thought I was introducing something new to everyone I told about 'the diaper cake'. Turns out, everyone else has either seen one, or made one!

It is supposed to be something with a Father's Day theme:o) I always love the idea of giving homemade 'coupons' from the kids cuz it is filled with hugs and fun stuff too. We were able to work with a wonderful Disney consultant named Mimi Lemon 3 and she was FANTABULOUS! From the moment I talked with her we had to worry about nothing! Well, being the google queen that I am, I went online and found that absolutely it can be done! It recommended Balsa wood. But, now I'm bummed because I am out of wood lol. Saturday, June 30, 2012. Let the running begin! Today I finished my first week of running.well, first half week! It was not an easy task. This getting back into shape is not as easy as you'd think! I have 14 days to get used to this new body, lose 10 lbs and finish a 3 mi run. Wonbo Woo may be coming to witness us run a 5k on our vacation and I want to be able to finish. Wednesday, November 20, 2013. I started running in may and logging runs and races since July. So far I have put in 136 miles and ran 8 races including a half marathon. My times starting out were 36 min for a 5 k. I have dropped to 31 min for 5k so far. I have 5 months to accomplish this goal! Posted by Angie's Corner. March 6, 2014 at 7:56 AM. Monday, May 28, 2012. My first week home after 'power up'. Well, I have been home for 1 week and it has been amazing! It feels so great to be able to move at will and to sit still at will! I am so very grateful! I am sleeping through the night, so I no longer am so tired I can't keep my eyes open during the day!
