Something Beautiful- New Recipes! My new favorite thing to make is an Italian Quesadilla known as a "Mezza Luna" which means "Half Moon." It is basically a Caprese Salad inside a tortilla! Healthy, delicious, and takes about 7 minutes on a slow day. Once it's all melted to perfection, cut into four pieces and enjoy!

Like SSG Allen, my team lead, who does a SPOT ON impersonation of Forrest Gump. Daily. Or Lisa who does her "monkey dance" which is the most ridiculous looking thing I have ever seen happen in an office. And SSG Cuevas who walks through the office yelling "I'd rather DIE than be a vampire! My 9-5 cracks me up.
