So I got on the scale this morning to see if it happened to change by chance (even though my gut is still bloated and feeling awful) and according to the scale I lost 2.5 lbs from yesterday to put me down to 146. Go figure. Tuesday, March 9, 2010. 1/2 cup Quaker instant oats.

Tuesday, March 9, 2010. 1/4 cup mixed frozen berries thawed in microwave. 1/2 cup Quaker instant oats. 1/2 cup water to cook oats. 1 T semi-sweet chocolate chips. SNACK PACK: (380 cal). 2 reduced-fat string cheese. 1/3 cup dried cherries. 3 oz cooked chicken breast. 1 oz asiago cheese (I only used 1/2 oz.). 1 T olive oil.

Every day, but I have meet with her 4 times over the past 7 days, and she is one tough trainer. After the first two days my biceps were hurting like C.R.A.Z.Y! From The Cheesecake Factory instead. Wednesday, March 3, 2010. 30 Day Shred: Week 2 Measurements. Basically, there is no change. I lost about .25" someplace (think it was in the stomach), but the scale stayed steady at 146.5. I have two more days at level 1 of the 30 Day Shred and then I'm going to bump it up to Level 2. Labels: 30 day shred.
