On the days I don't work with Matt I am supposed to walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes without holding on. That is a very hard challenge for me because I want to hang on for dear life. My Journey to the Thin Side. Weigh In and Measurements, Leg Workout, and Meal Pla. Wednesday, December 3, 2014. Well it has been 2 years since my last blog post. I am back on the wagon for good. I have hired a wonderful trainer named Matthew Foster. I also joined Premiere Lady and Premiere Athletix. Today I did my fit test. I had to do 56 squats and 56 push-ups. Not all at once though.
