Perhaps I should have added rice krispies? Yah, that should have done the trick. If anyone has any idea, I'd be glad to hear it. In the meantime, here's the recipe. Happily Cooking Away In My Tiny Kitchen. Friday, January 19, 2007. I have made this chocolate tart once with much success, and was determined to let my whole brood taste it. So I thought, what better occasion than our Christmas dinner? The key here is a good quality chocolate, because really for this particular one - the chocolate rules! In any case, everyone except my dad was bowled over by the tart - he said it's not cake (which really Pa, its not) - but just melted chocolate! 3/4 tsp vanilla extract.

Happily Cooking Away In My Tiny Kitchen. Monday, December 10, 2007. Los Angeles, CA. After a whirlwind NYC trip, we finally landed in Long Beach to see my bro and his family before heading back home. It was nice to finally spend time together, albeit too short really. We just had our final 4 days in LA. The plane ride was made significant by Jetblue. My super favorite of all the airlines we took coast-to-coast. Leather seats! Videocasts by Mark Bittman! Their signature blue chips is super addicting!

South Indian Shrimp Curry. 1 Shrimp - 25 to 30 medium sized. 2 Onions - 2 medium sized finely chopped. 3 Ginger-garlic paste - One and a half teaspoon. 4 Green Chilli - 2 cut vertically. 5 Salt to taste. 6 Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon (Adjust according to your taste). 7 Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon. 1 Remove the shell and clean the shrimp thoroughly. 3 Keep this aside for about 15-30 min. 4 Heat a pan on low/medium flame and transfer the shrimps to it. 6 Heat some oil in the pan.
