Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat well. Stir in the oats and raisins.

We tried an appetizer tonight, which was their Fried Mushrooms. The coating on them was great, but the mushrooms themselves had little taste. I believe they were white button mushrooms instead of baby portabellas. . You can even get it as a take-out family meal. Matthew had the Liver and Onions, which is definitely not my thing. But he really likes it there!
