LAHC was placed in Rehabilitation by the 19th Judicial District Court on September 1, 2015 and the order of rehabilitation was made permanent by the Court on September 21, 2015. LAHC will not issue new policies for coverage in 2016, and will not renew existing policies when they expire on December 31, 2015. All LAHC members must select a new insurance company and enroll in a new health plan.
