UV rays and sun exposure (for me at least) makes my joints get sore, and gets me very tired. UV rays, however, aren’t just outside anymore. Those curly light bulbs that are sold now in the stores? Some overhead lighting also emits UV rays. That is awesome. You can also purchase clothing with UV protection from Coolibar.
