Wednesday, February 20, 2013. After two great betas last week - 1563 which doubled to 3874 two days later, we had our first ultrasound this morning. I was nervous, but I've been feeling pretty crappy so I take that as a good sign (despite how much it sucks). So I guess all is as well as it can be for now. Charlotte Louise was born at 4:45am on April 2, 2011 after a horrifically long labor (my water actually broke on March 31! She arrived 2 weeks early, exactly one year after my D&E. She's turned our lives upside down and inside out and we love it. She is such a ball of energy and fun. She's my little nutso. Writing about trying to lose that 20 pounds. original, eh?

Sunday, December 20, 2015. So today was awesome. I got to ride on my own! By that, I mean nobody was watching me, and no one was telling me what to do. It was wonderful. My trainer let me take her pony Lyric (Who is on the "My Horse" page) out on my own. It was so much fun. I've never been able to ride outside of a lesson before! And today, I had the opportunity. I loved it. I felt so independent and confident and. It was amazing. I felt like this gif:. Even though it wasn't quite that dramatic. lol.
