My life with anxiety's Blog. 8230;this is my story…. October 25, 2009. I have lived with anxiety I believe my whole life. Panic Attacks and symptoms arrived 12 years ago. 3 years ago I had a “nervous breakdown” which lead to a severe depression. Now I am happy to report I have not had a panic attack in about a year! My life with anxiety's Blog. 8230;this is my story…. October 26, 2009. When I saw my doctor that day, she was asking me questions, examining me and the conclusion to what had happened was probably low blood pressure or lack of sugar. Well that’s great, it’s nothing serious. All I know what I had experienced that day was something I never wanted to experience again in my life, I had become afraid of it happening again. And this is where it all began, little did I know it was the first of many to come.
