Table: before and after. We bought our kitchen table and bench for $20 and I have been wanting to paint it black forever. Today I finally got around to it and I am really pleased with the results. I have several more projects that need to be done, but it is always nice to get one actually finished! Make It and Love It.

Hmmwhat is WRONG with this picture? Here at the W Household we try to do our FHE. On Sunday nights because Monday is Hubby's late night. Tonight we decided to 'make' -by we I mean me and by make I mean frost and decorate- a house for Halloween. I have been wanting to for awhile and we saw a kit in Wal. Just for your amusement.

Here is the before shot of the bookshelf/desk. Not bad looking, but not what I wanted. (Isn't my son a cutie? He insisted on being in the picture.) I tried sanding it a little, but it isn't real wood and that wasn't working out so well, and wasn't doing much, so I did two coats of primer instead. For the back of the shelves!
