Sałatka z batatów i pieczonych buraków. Buraki nie są moim ulubionym warzywem. Toleruję i zjem, choć nie w każdej postaci i nie każde. No ale są zdrowe, więc czasem trzeba. Na szczęście odkąd wpadłam na ten przepis nie czuję się przymuszana do jedzenia buraków, wręcz przeciwnie. Przepis na burgery innym razem, a teraz czas na sałatkę z batatów i pieczonych buraków.
