My life as a wife, mother, homemaker, and homeschooling teacher, my love from home. Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Skylar and Maddox have had music camp this week at the church. Mason, Jojo, and I have to figure out how to entertain ourselves for the 3 hours that they're gone, and since driving home 30 minutes away doesn't seem worth it we have spent our mornings at chick-fil-a. After camp I take the kids to my mom's to go swimming. On Monday the kids found a bat in the patio umbrella! View my complete profile.

My life as a wife, mother, homemaker, and homeschooling teacher, my love from home. Monday, July 29, 2013. We had fun with Mitch's new water proof phone case, lifeproof. It held up really well, and helped us take some fun pictures under water :). Jessica going head first down the slide. The kids played with these "pool frogs" all week. Because of the weather we weren't able to see fireworks, so we lit sparklers instead. I think there is a rule in GA that everyone must learn how to shoot a gun ;).

We had plenty of pumpkin activities this past pumpkin season to keep us busy and happy. Our homeschool group took a field trip to a local pumpkin patch, Mark's Melon Patch. We kicked off our Fall by attending Ashville's annual Apple Festival, and then we headed over to Mitch's sister's apple orchard, Justus Orchard to pick apples and berries :). Below are the kids on a homeschool field trip at Happy Cow. Every year, since Skylar was a baby we have gone to Niven's Farm to pick our pumpkins from their pumpkin patch. The pumpkin creations were the kids' idea :).
