En blogg om mitt familjeliv med extra allt. Onsdag 18 februari 2015. Lchf hamburgare and ansiktsmask night. Ikväll hade jag och barnen verkligen mys mys! Sån härlig kväll blev det! Först lite läx läsning sen hade vi köks tid få ALLA hjälpte till å gjorde hamburgare, olika såser, salsa och tillbehör. Linus dukade fint och gjorde "drinkar" till oss. Eller jag hade bara Loka naturell men i övrigt blandade han hej vilt, men det blev tydligen gott. Jag hade vitkål som skal och det va riktigt riktigt gott!

En blogg om mitt familjeliv med extra allt. Onsdag 11 mars 2015. Idag tog jag tag i mig själv and drog mig till läkaren där jag bokade tid för ett par dagar sedan. Anledningen är att jag har huvudvärk, yrsel, illamående och extremt trött i hjärnan (orkar inte lyssna på när någon berättar någon längre berättelse osv). Iallafall jag gick dit va där i två och en halv timma. Bara det måste vara bland rekord för mig :). Efter många blod rör and prover blev. Resultatet järn brist och blodbrist. Ehhhh what?

När jag testade LCHF förata gången, visste jag inte riktigt vad det innebar. Jag tappade lite tron där ett tag. Nu i efterhand förstår jag för att det va att jag inte läst på tillräckligt). Även om jag inte fattade så hjälpte det ändå mig att förlora 20 kilo på vågen. Alla har vi ett val. Vad är då LCHF?

En blogg om mitt familjeliv med extra allt. Lördag 7 mars 2015. Vilken underbar dag vi har and haft! Startar med morgon promenad and köper med frallor på vägen hem. Fixar frukost på sängen till mina små hjärtan. Upp till Stadsparken, med lek and hälsa på djuren. Lekte länge "dunken" i labyrinten. Ingen ungdom längre kände jag då jag va heelt slut efter den :). Gjorde hemmagjorda hamburgare mums säger jag bara. Men nu är det barnen and min helg så nu fokuserar jag helt på den! Visa hela min profil.

En blogg om mitt familjeliv med extra allt. Söndag 22 februari 2015. Vid dagens middag "fuskade" jag faktiskt. Jag åt lite lite potatismos som fanns på den heeelt galet goda fiskgratängen vi gjorde till middag. Tillbehör vart morötter, majs till barnen och min stora last nu för tiden brysselkål. Idag har jag fort runt som en duracell kanin. Då söndagar är ju min kreativa dag, (har alltid varit så å kommer förmodligen alltid att vara.). Detta va under tiden jag städade. Ska även fixa lite nya handukar.

Thursday, November 25, 2010. On our second night in Barcelona, we went to Citrus for dinner. Citrus is located at Las Ramblas, beside Tapa Tapa restaurant. It was a posh fancy restaurant. We ordered this dish, which was a Catalunian specialty, something with 4 cheeses and tuna. Seafood paella. Not bad though, like 3/5. The total for the bill was €160, and it was €40 per person.
