Tea and Cake Week 2016. Tea and Cake Week at Woking Gymnastics Club! From Monday 11th July - Friday 15th July 2016. Join us outside the gym before or after your child’s class where we will be selling lots of yummy homemade cakes and biscuits to help raise money for the club! Thank you to everyone who donated to our 2015 Christmas Jumper week. We raised a total of £367.76. Which will be split between fundraising for equipment at the gym and Great Ormond Street Hospital! Fund a foam chip winners announced.

A personal blog about my preparations for the 2015 Marathon des Sables. Tent 125 was brilliant. We all got on and supported each other. Made a huge difference to morale each day. Derek's quote of the day. Derek's wife had packed him a thought for the day each day plus his son supplied a joke of the day. The tent loved these each morning. Never thought I'd like these but an absolute lifesaver as a pick you up. Salty, sweet, spicy, fatty and lightweight! Not really a low as it was just enough and tasted go...
