Obviously we get our strength from God is the answer from someone who is a Christ follower. But do we really act upon that? So ultimately I gain my strength from God, Jesus, and the Holy spirit who walks with me every day, but also the people that God has placed in my life for me to Love them unconditionally and for them to Love me as well through the breaking points and the build ups.
