Healthy Everyday Meal Ideas. As I sit down and write out my grocery list each week, I’m constantly asking myself what’s for dinner? I hate being stuck around 5pm wondering what to cook, so I prefer to work out in advance what we are going to eat for dinner for the upcoming week, and therefore what I need to buy.
