Publicerat 2014-09-20 15:16:41 i Allmänt. Den 1 september började jag äta enligt lchf. Målet var, och är, att gå ner de sista graviditetskilona. Jag gick upp makalösa 31kg under den här graviditeten och innan jag började med lchf nu så hade jag 11,9 kg kvar. De första 15 kilona försvann direkt men resten behöver jag tydligen kämpa lite mer med ;). Jag får nog köpa hem något fint och testa ;). Igår var vi lite godissugna här hemma så jag bestämde mej för att baka lchf-muffins! Det känns som att det var ig...
