Half of an avocado. 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain). 1/2 cup water (more as needed to adjust consistency). 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems. 1 small clove of garlic. A squeeze of lime juice. Blend together and enjoy over salad or sandwiches. It's so good! Our favorite has been to throw a few chicken breasts in the crockpot with salsa in the morning and then shred it and serve it over salad fixings with this dressing for dinner. A Few of My Favorite Things. July 17, 2016. Yummmm. I love you like no other. If I was going to be stranded on an island, cereal would be my first choice of what to take with me. I can eat a whole box in one sitting and some days when my husband isn’t home I have it for all three meals. So tasty and delish. Trust me if you haven’t had one, go- go now! And drink one for me 😉.
