Was wandering about yesterday with a new friend, Yiota. When we started around 2:30 it was heavy cloud. By the time we sat for beers in the chalet around 7pm it was brilliant mostly-clear skies. Will post more later. Time to checkout Seymour and Cypress, love my very near back yard, but time to learn a greater range back there! Looking NorthWest at Crown from Goat top. Looking SouthEast at Mount Baker. Took a hike to Goat top last Wed. More snow back country than this time last year.Bring on the snow! My snowshoes are ready to dance again in the crystaline palace. The wolves on Grouse were howling like mad Thursday night. Was wild kingdom up here. I needed that!
